We are proud to announce the launch of our Hospice and Palliative Care Fellowship Program, a transformative initiative designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders in end-of-life care. In collaboration with OPTI-West, this fellowship offers a unique opportunity for healthcare professionals to deepen their expertise, expand their impact, and serve patients and families with dignity, empathy, and excellence.
Program Overview
This fellowship is a one-year ACGME accredited training program. It is a structured, immersive experience that blends clinical practice, interdisciplinary collaboration, and mentorship. Fellows will work alongside seasoned palliative care and hospice professionals, gaining hands-on experience in:
- Advanced symptom management
- Psychosocial and spiritual support
- Family-centered care planning
- Ethical decision-making in end-of-life care
- Community-based and inpatient hospice services
