ProCare Mission

ProCare Vision

To set a new standard of excellence, transforming cultural perceptions, where every patient, family, and community partner experience care so exceptional that it becomes the benchmark for end of life care

What are our values?

Compassion — Every patient, family member, and loved one deserves compassion, especially during the most vulnerable stage of life. Compassion means more than kindness—it is the active choice to provide comfort, understanding, and presence when it matters most. This extends to our staff as well: compassion for one another and for those we serve.

Honesty — Every patient and loved one deserves honesty, especially at the end of life. Honesty means open, clear, and compassionate communication, even when conversations are difficult. It ensures families are never left in the dark and that staff can work in an environment of transparency and trust.

Accountability — Accountability means taking responsibility for our actions, decisions, and commitments. It is owning our role in delivering high-quality care, following through on promises, and holding ourselves and one another to the highest standards. Accountability builds confidence, safeguards integrity, and ensures families can trust us at every step.

Respect — Every patient, loved one, and staff member deserves respect. Respect means recognizing the worth of each person, regardless of circumstance. It is listening, honoring preferences, and treating every individual as we would our own family. Respect builds trust, and trust strengthens care.

Dignity — Each person deserves dignity throughout their journey. Dignity means honoring the humanity of every individual by providing a comfortable, respectful, and pain-free end of life. It is ensuring no one faces this stage alone, and that each life is valued from beginning to end.

What is our mission?

We are committed to improving the quality of life for those in our care. The core of the hospice care philosophy is that the care is patient and family-centered. It does not prolong life nor hasten death, but works to treat the person and their loved ones with comfort and dignity.

We know it would be almost impossible for any one person to bring together all the people and equipment that would be needed to care for someone with a terminal illness. We also know that no one will for a member of the family like another member of the family.

That makes our mission simple. We combine professional medical care with family devotion to provide a dignified and comfortable end-of-life journey for everyone.

ProCare – At the end of life, we care for your family with our family.
